Welcome! The Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) has been in the business of processing college applications on behalf of Ontario Colleges for almost two decades. Since the doors opened in 1992, there have been a lot of changes. We've gone from processing paper applications to developing a sophisticated online, e-commerce system and we've added numerous complimentary services.
