Client Services Manager

 

Lucy Batista directs customer service operations for applicants, colleges and secondary schools. She develops and implements operational efficiencies to help resolve issues raised by customers of the contact centre, application processing, transcript management and document management.

Marketing & Communications Manager

 

David Mantei guides the strategic development of two websites; one for the public (ontariocolleges.ca) the other for colleges, high schools and school boards and the Ontario government (OCAS.ca). He is also responsible for developing the marketing and communications strategy, as well as executing all advertising, web campaigns, email communications, and events for the two brands.

Decision Support Services Manager

 

Margaret Whetstone leads the data warehouse services. She works with existing customers and continues to search for new data sources and customers to improve the only Ontario College system-wide data warehouse service. She is supported by a small but dedicated team of analysts fielding requests from the college system for reports and data, is the key contact for outside research firms and government agencies, assists with the interpretation of data and is instrumental in future improvements of the service.

IT Services Manager

 

Tracy Kingsley directs and helps implement the improvements and maintenance to the information technology (IT) services that support OCAS' application process, marketing and the data warehouse. She provides recommendations about future planning and development of IT resources.
