DATA WAREHOUSE SERVICES
OCAS provides a data repository and a data warehouse for Ontario colleges and other approved interested parties, including government ministries, school boards and high schools. Things are always changing as OCAS continually works to improve both the quantity and quality of data and of the reporting tools in the data warehouse. As always, these changes are designed to give our customers increased access to the data they need in a manner they can use. Currently we offer more than 50 filterable reports and 3 data cubes to fulfill our customers’ needs. New data elements are periodically added to the reports or data cubes we offer. Our What’s New? page links to the myriad reports published by OCAS and brings data warehouse users up to speed on what is happening within the data warehouse. Our Help page offers answers to our most frequently asked questions.
