DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

 

 

Through a robust content management system, OCAS is able to collect hard-copy materials in support of an application and share them will the appropriate colleges electronically through a service called "Document Access."

 

The applicant sends to ontariocolleges.ca offices in Guelph resumes, driver's licenses, proof of citizenship and other required documentation. Once received, the OCAS team scans the documentation into the system, linking it to the application number. Once in the system, colleges are able to see, email or download documentation into their system.

 

There is no printing, courier, sorting, storage or misplacement of documentation to delay an admission decision. Plus, we are doing our part to save the environment by printing thousands fewer pages.
