NOTE: Applicants for all programs are encouraged to apply before this date, as website volumes are highest at this time.
Offer

Earliest date the colleges may release offers to applicants. Offers will continue to be issued until programs are filled or wait lists are established.
NOTE: Applicants who have not met admission requirements for a program may be notified at any time during the application process.
Accept

Earliest date that applicants may confirm an offer of admission.
May 1, 2025
The most common deadline for confirming offers of admission - but not the only one. Applicants should check their offers of admission for exact deadline dates.

Earliest date that colleges may require payment of tuition fees.
Data Transmission Schedule
Data files from school boards and / or high schools are due at OCAS on the following dates.
Target dates give schools flexibility for submitting marks to accommodate various scheduling models.
Deadlines are firm dates when marks are required to ensure colleges are able to make admissions decisions.
October 4, 2024
Target date for demographics, marks history, and current and projected registrations for the entire school year. OCAS requires marks history for all courses taken in grades 9, 10 and 11.
November 15, 2024
Deadline for demographics, marks history, and current and projected registrations for the entire school year. OCAS requires marks history for all courses taken in grades 9, 10 and 11.
Target date for any available marks, regardless of the scheduling model.
February 14, 2025

Target date for all final marks and proof of graduation, regardless of the scheduling model.

Deadline for all final marks and / or summer school final marks and proof of graduation.
