Overview
The OCAS International Application Service (IAS) was specifically designed to streamline and centralize international application and admissions processes. Built with direct input from admissions and recruitment teams, and leveraging a modern, flexible technology framework, the system has been steadily nurtured since its 2017 launch to continue to bring value and efficiency to college and university users, international agents working on behalf of applicants, and international applicants themselves.

One seamless solution that simplifies the international admissions process:
User-Friendly Portals
An Apply Admin Portal through which College and University admissions staff can efficiently review and manage applications, documents, and offers for international learners; an Agent Portal to support international agents working on behalf of learners; and an Applicant Portal to enable international learners themselves to apply directly.
Wide Range of Services
Onboarding support to get up and running and successfully manage the change; IT, Contact Centre and Finance services to monitor system performance and support day-to-day use after launch; and quarterly releases to continuously improve the system over time to meet users’ evolving needs.
Accessibility
Available 365 days a year and in all countries. Colleges, universities, agents, and applicants are able to access their respective portals anytime, from anywhere, on any device.
Security
Including 24/7 monitoring and security controls for protection against unauthorized access and disclosure of information and routine checks on the collection, usage, retention, and disclosure of personal information.
Transparency
Real-time tracking of documents, offer conditions, and admissions data, and communication of status changes and offers with agents and applicants through self-service portals.
Insights
Powered by Microsoft Power BI, data and insights including real-time application metrics to assist in strategic planning and confident, data-driven decision making; access to historical data for reliable reporting on performance by program, country, or agency; and valuable insights into market trends.
Quality
Eliminate incomplete or lost applications, reduce duplicates and errors, and provide a more rewarding and efficient experience for college staff, university staff, agents and applicants.
Workflow Integration
Including the ability to synchronize with status changes in a college Student Information System; configurable program, intake, and agent management; application flow management through staging the opening and closing of intakes.
